Do I need to book in advance?
No, but we highly recommend booking online to secure your luggage storage service or shower time slot. Our daily capacity is limited and many days we end up with fully booked for showers. We accept walk-in reservations but these are always subject to availability based on online reservations made in advance.
Do I need to pay online to book in advance?
Online bookings are paid online at the time of reservation. This helps us guarantee your space and keep the service organised. We accept in-person payments by card or cash only for walk-in reservations, but these are always subject to availability based on online reservations made in advance.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours before your visit.

You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled service date and time.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive an immediate refund to your card.
What happens if I cancel less than 24 hours before?
Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
What happens if I do not show up?
No-shows are non-refundable.
Can I arrive earlier or later?
For luggage storage, small time changes are usually fine during opening hours. For showers, please arrive at your selected shower time so we can manage availability properly.
Can I leave and come back during the day?
Yes. During your booking day, you can leave and come back freely during our opening hours.
Is there a size or weight limit for luggage?
No. We accept all normal travel luggage, including large suitcases, backpacks, cabin bags or sports equipment.
Are my bags supervised?
Yes. Our space is managed by staff on site and surveillance cameras.
How long can I store my luggage?
Your luggage storage is valid for the selected day, during our opening hours.
How long is the shower time?
Shower time depends on the number of people in your booking. The system automatically shows the correct available time slot.
Do I need to bring a towel?
No. A towel is included with the shower service.
Can I book luggage and shower together?
Yes. You can book our combo option: luggage storage + shower.
Where are you located?
We are located in Alicante city centre, close to the Explanada de España and the marina area.

We are open every day from 10:00 to 22:00.

All reservations include access to: private locker, room to change clothes, toilett, sofa areas, cold water dispenser, wifi, phone chargers, printer & scanner, 20 kg scale, chair and beach towels, sunscreen, sun shade, iron. The shower service includes bath towel, hair dryer, body gel & shampoo. All facilities are air-conditioned and fully sanitized.
